Zucchini
Zucchini are the vegetables of hygienists, because for their lack of fats and cholesterol they contain a low calory rate. Their skin, rich in dietary fibres, is very useful to contrast constipation. Zucchini are rich in vitamin A, which is useful for protecting your eyesight and helping the growth of your bones, vitamin C, which strengthens your immune system and group B vitamins. Zucchini also contain antioxidant polyfenolic flavonoids such as carotenes, lutein and zeaxanthine, which wipe off free radicals from the body.
